Whatever Missourians may think, for Niamh Quinn, junior in mass communications, the weather here is a benefit of Joplin. “The weather here is amazing, in England it’s raining around 90 percent of the time per year. The campus here is really big and gives more possibilities for studying, but in London there are much more things to do. We have public transportation there and I miss it to go out and drink something, even on campus we can drink there. It’s hard to find cool things to do in Joplin.”
