- Joplin Greenhouse and the Coffee Shop
Located in the heart of Rangeline Road, Joplin Greenhouse offers a diverse range of coffee brewed from locally grown coffee beans. Their coffee is available for purchase along with other merchandise! In addition to their wide selection of coffee, Joplin Greenhouse offers an assortment of menu items such as milkshakes, puffles, puff-ninis, and more! Aside from the delicious coffee and food, Joplin Greenhouse, as the name suggests, has a spacious greenhouse attached filled with beautiful flowers and plants. Brett Winingar, a freshman at Southern, told us about his experience with Joplin Greenhouse: “The atmosphere at Joplin Greenhouse is very chill, allowing me to study without too many distractions. The coffee and drinks are also priced very well!” If not already on your list, make sure to add Joplin Greenhouse located on 32nd Street!
- Joplin Avenue Coffee Company
The next favorite on the list is Joplin Avenue located in downtown Joplin. Established in 2012, Joplin Avenue has built itself quite a reputation when it comes to their delicious selection of specialty lattes and pastries. With two main setting areas accompanied with mellow music and dim lighting, Joplin Avenue provides a perfect space to study either by yourself or with friends. Located on South Joplin Ave, stop by to experience the relaxing environment Joplin Avenue has to offer.
- Pink Mornings Coffee CO
While quite new to the premises of Joplin, Pink Mornings has already gained attention for a bright addition to Joplin, with its unique pink atmosphere. With both iced and hot beverages topped with pink whipped cream and a diverse selection of specialty juices, Pink Mornings offers a unique menu that caters to all palates. Furthermore, Pink Mornings has a backdrop for photos with friends and a small clothing shop! Found on 20th Street, make sure to show some love to this woman-owned business!
