A LITTLE GLAD-HANDING
The Missouri Senate joins the House for the State of Transportation address by Pete Rahn, director of the Missouri Department of Transportation, Feb. 7. Rahn proposed the new MODOT slogan to be “Completed as Promised,” because so many projects have been completed as promised this year. Rahn told lawmakers he plans to continue completing all projects on time.
