Emporia forward Ida Edwards is leading the Hornet attack with 12 of her own while Michelle Stueve, this year’s MIAA MVP and the MIAA All-Time Leading Scorer, has been held to just four first half points.Truman forced 12 first half turnovers while Emporia owned a slight advantage on the boards (18-15).For Emporia to avoid the upset, Stueve will have to get more involved in the offense. Also, Emporia will have to shoot better from beyond the arc. They are 1-10 from the land of plenty so far in the game.
