1.Stir it aroundSwivel your glass gently, moving the wine around inside. Tilting the glass can make it easier to see how the color changes.

2.Check for legsLook at how fast the wine runs down the side of the glass. Generally, higher legs means higher alcohol content.

3.Check bouquetThen you want to check and see what the bouquet is like. Then you just kind of taste it and let it go through the back of your mouth and see what you think of it.
