Missouri Southern’s radiology club will be holding a “Dodge Brawl” dodge ball  fundraising tournament tomorrow morning in the Mills Anderson Justice Center.

“The tournament is to raise money for senior radiology students to attend the annual Missouri Association of Radiology Technologists conference,” Jessica Wright, senior radiology club president , said.

According to Wright, the radiology club needs to raise around $2,000 for eight students to attend the conference slated for Lake Ozark, Mo,. in April.

“Students can walk-in register Saturday morning,” Wright said.

The tournament is open to the public, ages 10 and up, with teams consisting of six to eight players.

Check-in will be at 9:30 a.m. in the criminal justice building, and the entry fee is $30 per team.

Prizes will be awarded to first place winners.

“Prizes include movie tickets, gift cards to Outback [Steakhouse] and other restaurants,” Wright said.

The “Dodge Brawl” tournament will be held in the criminal justice building with games beginning at 10 a.m.

“We are hoping for a good turnout and that it will help the radiology club raise enough money,” Wright said.
