Sights set on completion of new residence halls

With most of the building construction on target for completion, Physical Plant Director Robert Harrington is now supervising delivery and installation of kitchen appliances in the new residence hall complex.

“We are still looking at June as the time when the University will have all of the buildings turned over to us,” said Harrington.

Each of the individual suites will feature four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living area and a kitchen  all of which will be furnished. In all, 201 students can be housed in the new complex, which sports a modern design.

“I think the design of the new apartments, especially with each bedroom having its own bathroom, will be a real boost to the desirability of the new apartments,” said Harrington.
