Missouri Southern Athletics is set for a busy week as women’s and men’s golf open competition at the Newman Invitational and HSU Battle for the Belt, respectively. Volleyball heads south for matches against Central Oklahoma and Arkansas Fort-Smith, while soccer faces Northeastern State at home in its Pink Game Thursday before traveling to Rogers State. Cross country competes at Arkansas’ Chile Pepper Festival, and football caps the week hosting Fort Hays State at Fred G. Hughes Stadium.
Head football coach Atiba Bradley, redshirt junior wide receiver Ayden Robinson-Wayne and junior defensive back Riley Hammons spoke with the media on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, ahead of MSSU’s home game against Fort Hays State. That press conference presented by Moe’s Southwest Grill can be viewed online. The Lions will face FHSU Saturday, Oct. 4 at Fred G. Hughes Stadium in Joplin, Missouri. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m., CT for MSSU’s Military/First Responder’s Appreciation Game.
