9-7-2009Property DestructionBlaine Hall
At 2:52 a.m. DPS responded to a property destruction call in Blaine Hall. The resident assistant’s office window was broken. Three men were spotted running from the scene. DPS does not have any suspects.
9-8-2009Lost or Stolen Item
A man claiming his wallet had been either lost or stolen contacted DPS. It is a brown leather bi-fold with $20 cash, identification, and credit cards.

At 5:47 p.m. a red bicycle was reported stolen from the behind Blaine hall.
9-9-2009Information
At 5:15 p.m. DPS responded to a possible spinal injury report. A football player was injured, and was taken by ambulance to Freeman Hospital.Recovered Stolen PropertyStegge Hall
At 11:50 a.m. DPS received an anonymous call reporting a stolen Ford Taurus. The car was stolen from Gwinnett, Ga., in 2008. DPS does not have any suspects.
Injured Person Hearnes Hall
At 11:04 a.m. DPS reports a woman fell in Hearnes Hall. She sprained both knees and possibly her ankles. She was taken to the Student Health Center for treatment.
Unconscious Person
At 3:12 p.m. a woman was found unresponsive at International and Newman. Joplin Fire Department and METS both responded. The woman refused treatment and was returned to her room in the residence halls.
9-10-2009Auto Accident
A white Buick LeSabre left in park rolled into the steps of a trailer. Little damage was done to either vehicle. The Buick was pushed back, and a wheel was blocked to prevent rolling.
9-11-09Fire AlarmBillingsly Student Center
The third-floor fire alarm went off in Billingsly. A DPS officer searched the building and found no trace of a fire. He reset the alarm, and allowed people back into the building.
9-14-2009Fire AlarmWebster Hall
At 5:44 p.m. possible electrical problem caused a fire alarm in the TV studio in Webster Hall. No fire was found. Studio personal are trying to find what caused the problem.
