Guest speaker Col. Mark Bartley addresses the crowd during the Veteran’s Ceremony held Nov. 11 in the Taylor Performing Arts Center. Bartley served as the engineer officer in the Army Reserve and Missouri Army National Guard, and later as a platoon leader, executive officer, assistant operations officer, company commander and training site commander, completing 30 years before retiring.
