Magician Joel Ward stopped by Southern for part of his magic shows college tour on Tuesday Feb. 24 in Corley Auditorium.

He said his favorite trick involved convincing volunteer Kelsey Pottorff (left), sophomore juvenile justice major, that he had lost her wedding ring. He then seemingly turned a tennis ball to confetti, and returned the ring after cutting it out of another tennis ball found in a new, unopened package of tennis balls.
