Area high school students grab lunch April 28 on the Oval during Sophomore Day. Nearly 2,000 area high-school students from Joplin, Webb City, Carthage, Carl Junction, Neosho and Seneca were present for the event, which allowed them the opportunity to tour the Missouri Southern campus. The event began with an opening ceremony at 9:15 am in the Leggett & Platt Athletic Center.
