The game between Central Missouri and Emporia State should be relatively slow moving. Both teams boast solid defenses and offenses that like to run the rock. Junior running back Glenn Milner has proven to be one of the top backs in the MIAA. Last week against Pittsburg State Milner ran for 218 yards and four touchdowns.

Against Southern last week, Emporia allowed freshman running back Renard Johnson to go for 148 yards and senior Alley Broussard to go for 86 yards on just five carries.

For these reasons along with the fact that ESU has yet to prove that they are more than a one man show on offense take Central to win this one by two touchdowns.
